This place made me like Filipino food so I would definitely go back here one day for more! Came here for dinner in winter, it wasn't packed. Close to other Filipino shops like red ribbon bakery and jollibees. The food was probably good, but my only memory from that night was that they left the front door wide open, and we were seated close to that door, so our asses were freezing. The Employees: On my second visit, they seemed attentive, refilling my water constantly. Ube Ice Cream - I love the purple color, the taro taste, and the coconut meat on the top! The lechon was okay but could've been crispier and served with more sauce on the side. When they didn't have my favorite bihon, they had me try their newest offering- palabok. It was a dinner in summer, there were live music as well. I highly recommend this dishes. The atmosphere and cleanliness are probably the best. My only complaint would be staff could be better such as asking customers if everything is ok, offering water, napkins etc.
We were so ready for round two. Good food, has great potential almost gave it 5 stars although service sucks. Another thing that I like about Mang Inasal aside from their very affordable yet delicious meals and unlimited rice and soup is the availability of condiments on each table: soy sauce, chicken oil and vinegar. Not sure if they were understaffed during this shift or what, but a lot of the customers were complaining about the really long wait for food to come out. Aside from their bestseller inasal na manok , Mang Inasal also offers a menu unique for its very Pinoy taste. The dipping sauce is made by vinegar, which balanced the bland egg taste and oil taste from frying. The first time was kind of sucky. I like the taste, although it's a bit oily if eating too much. The vibe is definitely relaxed in here, I could imagine a pool table and darts coming at some point or better yet, karaoke.
